2. Please don’t open multiple support tickets at a time to avoid delays.

3. When opening a Ticket, please state the issues you are facing with our platform in details. Provide Order IDs, Payment Screenshots, Account Details, etc.

4. Insults or rude remarks to our Customer Support Staff will not be tolerated. Such User will be permanently banned from using Sizzle Nigeria Support Portal.
